Dun Laoghaire, Co. Dublin

Castlepark Building Company Ltd is an independently owned property development and investment company established in 1973 by Civil Engineer John F. Moore. Originally a civil engineering and building contracting firm, it handled public and private sector contracts, including local authority housing, warehousing, and sporting facilities, until the mid-1980s. From that point, the company concentrated on private property development, achieving considerable success. In the mid-2000s, it scaled back Irish activities and moved into UK real estate investment, which helped it remain strong during the property crash. Headquartered in Dun Laoghaire, Co. Dublin, the company operates across the greater Dublin area and has expanded into the UK and Europe. It is involved in all stages of the property development cycle, from land sourcing and acquisition through design, planning, project management, construction, and after-sales management.
